Seetharam) Title of project: Asia ’ s Dependency Transition: Intergenerational Equity, Poverty Alleviation and Public Policy Participating countries: China, India, Thailand, and the Philippines

33 Budget: US$471, 000 from UNFPA, NUPRI ’ s contribution of US$51,800 Project duration: 2005-2007 2 training courses, 4 national seminars, and 1 international conference Many positive responses from UNPFA country representatives to our earlier concept Paper. UNFPA ’ s final decision will be made very soon!
