1  Scope : 32” AX68(1200030500) chassis models.  Purpose : AX68 is EOL. AX68 W/F to be replace with MTK8222LS W/F ( 1200041432 or 1200049391 )  Advantage : USB playback & 01 additional HDMI

2 Steps to replace AX68 W/F chassis with MTK8222LS W/F chassis  Remove AX68 W/F chassis & AV PCB from the TV sets.  Remove control Plate along with control sticker.

3  Add non conductive insulating tape on metal stud as shown below as these stud touches to MTK8222LS W/F chassis Stud to be covered with insulating tape

4  Put control sticker(1100058444) on control plate (1100052705).  connect control plate on main metal plate.  connect MTK8222LS W/F chassis as shown in figure.

5  BACK COVER 1200024525 AV2 Out

6 Connect LVDS, IR, Inverter, supply & speaker connector to respective position on main chassis.  Switch on the TV set and do panel selection as per the panel used. Model number Which is in AX68 W/F chassis used  LCDTVSAM32HH-MWA (SH-08)  LCDTVSAM32HH-MWK (SH-08)  LCDTVS3281YW-M (SH-08)  LCDTVS3281XW-M (SH-08)
