Bulgarian Guarantee Fund The Guarantee Fund pays indemnities under MTPL Insurance: for non-material damages caused by an unidentified motor vehicle on the territory of Bulgaria; for material and non-material damages occurred on the territory of Bulgaria or of some other Member State and has been caused by an uninsured motor vehicle, which is normally based on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; for material and non-material damages in case where the accident has occurred on the territory of Bulgaria or other Member State and has been caused by a motor vehicle, which is normally based on the territory of Bulgaria and the possession over it has been taken away by theft, robbery or crime. acting as Insurance Security Fund in case of insolvency of insurance undertaking established in Bulgaria. Financial capacity excess of loss reinsurance program; reserve, amounting to 30 millions Euro.
