Don’t eat a lot of berries, eat 3 servings if you’re a child. Berries are good for your health.

Exercise is important, and for children it should be 60 minutes. Soccer is a great active sport you can do every day!

Eat fish because it has healthy oil. Did you know fish oil is good for you?

Eat fruits, but don’t drink a lot of fruit juice because it has a lot of sugar. Fruit juice has a lot of sugar.
