10 10 Co-op Agreement Creates a legal entity, public body and unit of local government under Florida Statutes, Section 163.01(7)(g) Address future regional water supply needs Fund and implement regional projects Allow for equitable distribution of water resources and cost Created for STOPR members and other local governments

11 11 Co-op Agreement Creates a Board of Supervisors Elected official from each member government Voluntary participation Provides framework to nominate, approve, permit, develop, finance, construct and operate regional projects
