OUR FINDINGS QUANTITY QUALITY EFFICIENCY

QUANTITY The content on the Red Cross web site is extremely informative. However, the sheer volume of content present on each page can be overwhelming, especially to new users.

QUALITY Content is very informative, but the language and page structures can make it difficult for some users to understand.

EFFICIENCY Does the content support the user effectively? Does it meet their expectations? Does it give them the information they need to complete their action or task?
