Chengda group approach is to “ Think Globally, but Act Locally” Under Chinese ownership, Odyssey has American management and staff operating as a western business Odyssey uses Chengda Group for support, expertise, technology, programming, and QC, as Odyssey quickly develops it’s Houston operations.
