4. BalticClimate logo The circle is formed by 11 dots representing the 11 Baltic Sea Region countries and is associated with a web flash element used with meaning “loading page” or PROCESSING. It represents that all 11 countries are all together involved in the process not only of the project but processing of ideas for – dealing with challenges and chances generated by climate change and as well of capitalization of climate change, represented by stylistic C formed by the dots.
