16. Science of Flight 3915 Level: 5.0 Grades: 9 - 12 Periods/Cycle: 6 Prerequisites: None Can earn up to 21 college credits through Adam State University for taking this course. (Can be transferred to other colleges) Course Description: –Students will learn how airplanes fly, human physiology of flight, and the effects of weather on aircraft. –Students will have the opportunity to use the flight simulator and build model aircraft. –There are numerous field trips available throughout the year.
