3.  (c) All petitions for new and/or amended By- Laws shall be submitted to the By-Law Study and Codification Committee; the Committee will review the proposed By-Law in order to make a written recommendation to the Finance Committee and Board of Selectmen. 4. Servicing the Community  You don’t have to submit a petition for an upcoming Town Meeting for our review.  We can review your proposal prior to the opening of a Town Meeting Warrant.  Any member of the community can submit a petition to Town Meeting.

5. Our Service  We can advise you as you craft the petition with the following criteria:  Does this proposal effect any other government operations?  Does this proposal conflict with any other Town by- law?  Does this proposal conflict with any State or Federal law?  Does this proposal warrant additional information for RTM consideration?

The Members of the By-Law Study Committee: James Moynihan  the longest serving By-Law member since 19__;  North Attleborough’s first Town Administrator and served the Town for ten years in that capacity;  Director of the North Attleborough Electric Department since ____  An RTM for for ___ years.

7. The Members of the By-Law Study Committee: Mark Williamson  North Attleborough’s first Director of Human Resources;  served on the Finance Committee for ___ years.  elected to the Board of Selectmen and served for __ years  ___ for a large, health care non-profit organization.

Howe-DiRenzo  Reappointed to the Committee in 2015 Previously served in 1994-95;  Former member of the Municipal Building Committee;  Recent Graduate from Roger Williams University with a bachelor’s in paralegal studies and a certificate in public administration management;  Over ten years of administrative experience servicing the North Attleborough’s Finance Committee, Municipal Building Committee, Electric Company, and Wrentham’s Board of Health.
