QUALITY CONTROL Supervisor/Enumerator Before enumeration begins: – Enumerators and supervisors should jointly verify the advance information relating to the assignment – check that all forms and other materials are available and in good order – ensure that maps and other information for finding selected dwellings are understood 14

QUALITY CONTROL (cont’d) During interviewing – Supervisors should directly observe some of the interviews conducted by each enumerator – Supervisors should consult enumerators about problems or difficulties encountered, and share this information with all the enumerators (s)he manages. 15
