Knowledge base and technical skills-Need to provide means for building and strengthening CC related database, training on data maintenance and management 2. National Capacity on Climate Change- Increase capacity building efforts on CC areas to all levels of sectors 3. Adaptation- Immediate access to funding to support adaptation programmes, need to develop NAPs and activities under Adaptation Framework 4. Mitigation- Noise on demanding legally-binding emission reductions targets, peaking timelines, demonstration thru RE programmes, continuation of KP to complement mitigation

Climate Financing- Build absorptive and management capacity of finance institutions & systems, provision of advice and support on accreditation of NIE and accessing funds under AF and other sources 8. International negotiation at UNFCCC- Coordinate and prepped for negotiations, assistance on submission of Parties’ views, Prepare Pacific nominees to COP committees and ensure adequate reporting from them to benefit countries and region.
