Expenses New Staff Induction Receipted expenses are to be stamped, using the Office stamp, completing: Name: Your Name Project: Project Number or if it is an overhead use: Overhead codes : Newcastle – AE020 Ford Territory Newcastle – AE06 Wollongong – AE035Toyota Kluger Newcastle – AE04 Perth – AE034Ford Territory Wollongong – AE07 Brisbane – AE029 Payment Method: Company Credit Card (you paid with your Aspec company credit card) Account payable (not yet paid so I need to pay it) Cash (ASPEC need to reimburse you because you have paid with cash or your own personal c/card) Billable and Non Billable This obviously only applies to Project Expenses and not overheads. Please tick if the expense is a billable expense (we can invoice the Client) or tick Non Billable (if we can’t invoice Client)

Information Management New Staff Induction Project Set up Each Project has it’s own unique number which is recorded in a register for Newcastle A Folder for the Project is setup on the N Drive within PROJECTS for Newcastle, within WOLData for Wollongong Project Folders containing various other relevant folders Project number is to be included in all documents
