7. Our Mission Goals 1. Purpose: One crew of astronauts is traveling to Mars (in Mars Transport Vehicle) to replace the existing crew of astronauts (Mars Control). 2. Collect data and geologic samples to analyze. 3. Launch probes to the two moons of Mars, Deimos and Phobos. 4. Have a safe and successful mission by working together. 5. Communicate and come to CONSENSUS about mission decisions.
