What is it? Emotionally Healthy You seek, value, and maintain good relationships with yourself with others, and with society. Eat well, exercise, and get enough rest. Emotionally Unhealthy?? Self-destructive Abuse alcohol and drugs. Eating problems, overwork or underwork, take risks Lead to other problems

Question Yourself Connection - Learn values by stating beliefs Ask yourself Are you willing to state this value to others? Can you stand by this value no matter what? Are you consistent with this value? Wait a second – Conflicting Values? Hmmm – Fun or Study???

Are Emotions Ever Wrong? Absolutely Not!!!! The real question is – Should you act on all emotions? Hitting a baby?!

Don’t Hold Back! Express your feelings physically? 1.Recognize it. 2.Own It. 3.Verbalize it. 4.Express it physically. 5.If necessary, think about the situation.
