Tools and templates & LNI timeline Extensive internal work in L&D (October to Dec. 2012): Identified different processes involved in the training needs analysis (budget exercise, Departmental POW, MARS, training programmes) and their respective timelines Collected statistics on training requests by population Met with AIS to identify IT tools to support collection of training needs Meeting with DTOs WG (January 15th) Proposal presented by Erwin and Valeria Useful input on how departments deal with these different processes Useful input on drawbacks, concerns from DTOs Meeting CLB (February 25th) Based on new proposal taking into account input from WG Outcome : see later. 10 11 March 2013 TEC Meeting
