New Fields Introduced in Application New Fields have been introduced in CRM tool to capture the RCA details for QA QA RCA category QA Testing Improvement action QA comments ALM Test Case Number Masters are available for these new fields which are drop down values like QA RCA category and QA Testing improvement action.

Pre-requisites for QA RCA button to be visible in Case The ticket should have status as Resolved or Closed The ticket should have cause category as Code-fix or Data fix. Only Users who have tagged QA RCA which is a new user group from sys-admin in Manage user accounts will be able to see the new button QA RCA

Reports and Communication All the new fields available in front end are also be available in Reports under a separate group QA RCA

Future Roadmap Currently ~ and % are not handled in QA Comments and ALM test case number. QA RCA button available only in edit mode. Cause category to be made available in Search screen
