CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Many external stakeholders are asking for increased accountability Demonstrate that we are engaged in process of continuous improvement Systematic approach to CI is relatively new to academic “side of the house” Reflect not only on what knowledge and skills “we” are imparting, but also on what the students are learning.
