ICSW STATUS Security – Access to this field is granted to the following: -All operators if the On-Hand quantity is zero -Operators whose “Supervisor Status” = yes in SASO (if on-hand quantities) Automatic Changes: -When item is superseded (Supersede is created in ICSEC) – Set to DNR -When ICAMM option for setting low usage items to OAN is yes, or when ICAI Set Class 13 Items is yes, or when ICAE Set Class D to OAN is yes -Manual Changes: -Will be prompted to clear ordering controls is changing from Stock to OAN (6.1 vers)

Usually order point and line point are not maintained, so that any quantity greater than zero shows as surplus -Do Not Reorder – Items that has become obsolete, and will not be re-ordered -Direct Ship – Item will always be direct shipped (caution that returns can not be made!) -OAN – NS – New in 6.1 GUI – Order As Needed Non-Stock – ICSP and ICSW records are created when product is received, and ICSP is inactivated when product is sold -SASO Security to allow user to create OAN-NS from Catalog or NS
