System Overview Assist an individual user in their health and fitness journey. System contains specific reference information related to nutrition and diet, exercise, and contains various calculators to assess health and fitness levels. Deployment To run the application with Visual Basic Open Visual Studio 2012 and hit start or F5. Without VB - open the.exe file in the Debug folder to launch the application on any windows 7 or higher machine.

Diet Nutrition Section Features: Nutritional Guidelines Nutritional Breakdown of Healthy Foods Tips/Facts Assists the user in their personal training practice, in allowing them to offer their clients specific nutritional information and advice for properly fueling the body.

Exercises Section Encompasses various strength-training exercises and descriptions as to proper form in performing them, and a template to print-out and follow instructions. Intended to assist a personal trainer in determining the proper routines for a client and allows them to track their progression through the use of the various template schemes. Also, allows user to build their own workout routine by selecting and subsequently printing their specified exercises from their personalized choices. these standards – FDA must enforce

Lower-Body Exercises Page The Lower-Body Exercises page pulls this area of body focus exercises from an Access database. This page contains four (4) buttons. The first is for the user to view their selected exercises by check marking the choices first in the database and then choosing “View Selection.”

Lower-Body Exercises Page The second option allows the user to print their chosen exercises so they can bring the direction with them to wherever the user chooses to work out. The user also has the option to close the screen or go back to the previous Exercises Main page for other areas of body focus.

Administrative Edits Section Log In Protection Allows for adding, deleting, changing, and updating the Nutritional Breakdown database information.

Overall Goal The goal of the application is to give the end-user a central location for accessing several health and wellness informational guidelines, along with providing them relevant information for working with their clientele.
