9. Register and Place the Right Thumb three times on device

11. Troubleshoot Tips O 1. If Application does not Respond then close the application and remove the biometric device, again Re-login in this application. O 2. If New Enroll window display message “Device Error”. Then close the new enroll window and reopen the new enroll window. O 3. In case Biometric Registration is not done and Register Button gets disabled then Click on the ‘Enable Register’ Button.
