Non-intrusive (Performance Metrics review) 2. Intrusive tests – per customer’s specified date/time since this requires circuit down Only on DS0 and DS1 physical transport types * more circuits may become available in future releases

Not to be distributed or reproduced by anyone other than CenturyLink entities and CenturyLink Channel Alliance members. 4 Enter the Circuit ID (Service ID) you wish to test, or, search for it and pick it (click) from the list under respective Service types on the enterprise Only select DS0 or DS1 type circuits – those are all that are possible right now -Must run a non-intrusive test before being offered an Intrusive test for DS1 level circuits -For DS0 level circuits, non-intrusive tests are not offered, so you will be immediately prompted for Intrusive test scheduling Circuit Testing – Initiating a new test

Not to be distributed or reproduced by anyone other than CenturyLink entities and CenturyLink Channel Alliance members. 5 Circuit Testing - Results Testing History will include a Test ID, Service, Circuit, Date, Test Type (Performance Metrics=non-Intrusive, Intrusive Circuit=Intrusive), Results, Requestor, and Action Taken Click into a Test ID to see details of the result, including any trouble tickets that may have been opened as a result -If non-intrusive test result is “Errors”, user will be prompted to schedule an Intrusive test if they wish, and schedulable within next 48 hours at user’s discretion

You may open a repair ticket if you believe there may be undetected issues with the circuit, but these steps are unlikely to uncover problems in the Qwest network. ErrorsTest results shows one of the following/or all of these error types: Several Errored Seconds, Errored Seconds, and Unavailable Seconds. We recommend opening a repair ticket. Eqpt ErrorsTesting results indicate there may be a problem with inside wiring or equipment at your service location. The following actions may assist in isolating and resolving the issue: Reboot the equipment, check the seating of the cards and cabling, inspect and, if needed, replace inside wiring. If you require further technical assistance or joint testing, please open a repair ticket. IncompWe were unable to complete testing on this service. If you are experiencing trouble with this service, please open a repair ticket. ReviewThe test results are inconclusive and should be analyzed by a technician. We recommend opening a repair ticket.
