What is the situation? Min-Yo is a company with a single manufacturing process that can produce products for three market segments. The market segments are Licensed Brands, Subcontracted Brands, and Special Garments. Each market segment has its own requirements and competitive priorities. Your task is threefold: 1. Define your scheduling and order entry processes. 2. Explain the performance drivers for your processes, which include order entry, scheduling, and order fulfillment. 3. Outperform the other teams with respect to total profits in the simulation.
