5. LEARNER REGISTRATION The connection between LA and the Walled Garden is created when you select a City & Guilds course in the enrolment window. You will asked to enter a Purchase Order number and select the relevant Centre Number.

6. BOOKING AN EVOLVE TEST An Evolve test can be booked through Learning Assistant by Assessors or a SuperUser. This can be completed on an individual basis or for a group of learners. Once the test is booked the Key Code will be returned to Learning Assistant. Also, once the test has been completed, the result will be returned into the Learning Assistant platform.

7. RESULTS ENTRY Once the learner has completed their qualification, the IQA or the SuperUser can claim the certificate via Learning Assistant by using the AWARD VQ function. This function is connected to Walled Garden which will allow the user to select the certification units (if applicable) that are appropriate to the claim.

8. ORDER SUMMARY The order summary will allow the SuperUser to run reports to review the status of the orders they have placed through the integration, as well as pick up any orders that have not been placed and the reason why. The reports can be run as individuals or for groups of learners.

What will be the impact on your exam and assessment teams? Will Assessors be able to book Evolve exams? Will IQAs be able to sign off the portfolio? Enabling them to be able to claim for the certificate? Do you use Purchase Order (PO) numbers? If not, would you like Learning Assistant to create its own POs?
