If screen is locked press: Ctrl*Alt*Delete Login: Your Sharepoint Login & Password Go to: Sharepoint then Construction Administration Go to: Drawing Review Select Project (Should already be setup by PM) Click “EDIT” Check Out Open It: Click on file Make CommentsSave (Excel) *Close It Check In File (ok) *Upon closing you will be asked to check file back in Drawing Review Instructions – External Users Comments Screen Click “OK” Click “Save” *Refresh Screen “View – Refresh” *Drawing no longer checked out
