Plan Proposal for Major Repair / Reconstruction / Retrofitting & Renovation. For proposing Plan Proposal for Major Repair / Reconstruction / Retrofitting & Renovation if any, SPO memo no:154(20)/CW/PBSSM/2013, Dated:28/11/2013, is to be followed. Summery sheet of schools requiring repair works should bear current U-DISE code along with individual estimated amount. All proposal for CLRC/CRC repair if any also be made as similar with school building repair proposal along with 2 sets of complete DPR.

Boundary Wall / Guard Wall / Retaining Wall Boundary Wall / Guard Wall / Retaining Wall can be proposed only for those schools where children’s safety is concerned. For proposing Boundary Wall / Guard Wall / Retaining Wall, individual school is to be identified first beside National/ State Highway (for boundary Wall) and large water body (for Guard Wall / Retaining Wall) and the site plan of each and every school should also be given in a booklet form separately mentioning the approach road, location of water body, location of different building blocks of the school, north-south direction, total area to be covered by Boundary Wall / Guard Wall / Retaining Wall highlighting the existing and proposed periphery through separate colors. Two copies of booklets (spiral binding), containing individual site plan for each school for Boundary Wall / Guard Wall / Retaining Wall are to be submitted along with the Summary Sheets enclosed and a forwarding letter from the concerned District Project Officer. Another copy along with other relevant documents must also be kept with the district authority for future reference towards implementing the works. Site plan for individual school (as already circulated vide SPO Memo No: 1/PBSSM/CW/2013, Dated: 07/01/2013) is to be given as shown in next slide.

Sanitation Facility District may propose additional requirement of Boys’/ Girls’ Toilet separately in urban and rural areas based on current enrollment ( per 80 Children) if gap of Toilet facility is already met. If there is any further requirement of Drinking Water facility District may propose the same separately for urban and rural areas. Requirement of Barrier Free Toilet should be based on 5 CWSN enrollment for each school.
