1. Student Data Notebooks Data Driven Decisions in the Classroom

2. Data Notebooks The notebooks provide the teacher and student information about the learning happening in the classroom. Data notebooks help students keep track of their learning. The data notebook is a collection of graphs and rubrics showing the student's level of knowledge in a particular area.

3. Data Notebooks These graphs allow students and teachers to determine areas still needing work. It may also show a trend in a student's work. Each student is responsible for filling out his or her own graphs in the notebooks. These data notebooks are also shared with parents by the teacher and student to show progress or trends in student academics.

4. Purpose To help students analyze their progress. To have data to present to parents, support team meetings, RTI referrals, etc. To have data to effectively analyze what we need to do to help our students. To have our students set goals and be responsible for their own learning.
