6 Process Evaluation Measurements during the program to control, assure or improve the quality of performance or delivery; daily EXAMPLE: measures times of programs, likeability of the speaker thru short questionnaires/focus groups

7 Impact Evaluation Immediate observable effects of a program, leading to the intended outcomes of a program; 1/2 way EXAMPLE: measures of awareness, knowledge, attitudes, skills, & behaviors

8 Outcome Evaluation Focuses on the ultimate goal or product of a program EXAMPLE: morbidity/mortality stats, vital measures, symptoms, signs
