www.wessex.hee.nhs.uk Education Model Work-based with academic development alongside Annual Learning Outcomes in all 4 domains, customised to fit each participant – formal review by expert panel at end of each year Time, on average per week/month – 40% Service Contribution; 20% Learning in practice; 20% Academic study; 20% Service Development/Quality Improvement
