3 Click on ‘Formspace’

4 Click on Submit New Form

5 Click on Business Office Forms

6 Click on Contract Review Form (Fine Arts)

7 Page 1: Fill out the form, upload copy of contract, and press submit. - Notification email sent to submitter of the form; - Action Required email sent to Principal (etc… Director then CFO); - After completion of routing - submitter will be notified by email;

8 Page 2 Approvals: (viewing only); may check approval status by clicking Workflow;

9 History details are displayed & can view remaining workflow steps
