Our Client Adelaide Hunter Hoodless lived from 1858 to 1910 Grew up in the rural community of St. George, ON Married John Hoodless and moved to Hamilton, ON Co-founded of the International Women’s Institute Founded the Victorian Order of Nurses Co-founded the YWCA Established domestic sciences courses

Three Egg Hunts Easter Passport Trivia Station Photo Booth Museum Tours Victorian Egg Roll Sandbox Treasure Hunt Cookie Decorating Petting Zoo Face Painting Bunny Ear Craft Station Prize Table Easter Egg Hunt Details Free Easter Egg Hunt held on Friday, March 29 th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Adelaide Hunter Hoodless Homestead The Event Included:

Why an Easter Egg Hunt? Good Friday is a statutory holiday and Easter is an established North American holiday Easter egg hunts are common events attended by families with young children Positions the homestead as an organization that gives back to the community Ability to host the event on-site

What We Did Held a fundraising Birthday Bake Sale Partnered with The Brant County Optimist Club Pitched the event to local media Created a Facebook page for the event Posted flyers in St. George, Paris, Brantford, and Hamilton Secured in-kind donations from local businesses
