2. What about those who have not heard ? Will they be saved by ignorance ? Will some people be in heaven who have not heard and obeyed the gospel?

3. “He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.” John 12:48 What God says in the Bible is true ! It will not later be changed or retracted !

4. If men are not lost until they hear then we better leave them as they are ! Can anyone be saved by ignorance ? “And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?” 1 Peter 4:18 Hardly With difficulty

5. 1.If the N.T. teaches that no man can be saved apart from the gospel, then the non Christian is lost without the gospel. 2.The N.T. teaches that no man can be saved apart from the gospel. 3.Therefore the non Christian is lost without the gospel.

6. Mark 16:15-16 B + B = Salvation -B = Condemned John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Luke 19:10 “For the son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

7. “Behold the lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” John 1:29b Hebrews 2:9 “…that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.” If men are not lost, then God allowed his Son to suffer and die in vain.

8. Acts 8:4 “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.” Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

9. Acts 13-14 = First missionary Journey Acts 16-18 = Second missionary Journey Acts 19-20 = Third missionary Journey

10. 2 Thes. 1:7-9 Jesus revealed from heaven Vengeance on those that know not God Vengeance on those who obey not gospel Punished with everlasting destruction Paul preached the gospel to the non Christian because he knew the gospel could save them.

11. Ephesians 2:1-3 and V. 12 Dead in trespasses and sins Children of wrath Without Christ Having no hope Without God All men are lost apart from obedience to Christ

Romans 1:18-20 God revealed himself to all the world Revelation made through physical creation God’s existence could be known from world Those who do not properly respond are “without excuse” God’s wrath on those living in Sin Rom. 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the Glory of God.”

13. 1 Thes. 4:13 Those who die in Christ… Have joy and peace Have hope Those who die out of Christ Have no hope All non Christians are lost !

14. The New Testament teaches that no man can be saved apart from the gospel. Teachings of Christ Practice of early church Writings of Paul Therefore the non Christian is lost without the gospel.
