2. A Few Things… Assignment: Each group will be assigned a different court case by Mrs. Hall and present the information to the class. One paper per group Mrs. Hall needs to sign off on you group paper before you get poster paper and markers Objective and group names must be on your poster paper

3. Grading Criteria: 15 points Research (5 points) –Presents information from reading materials/research relevant to your court case. Content Understanding (5 points) –Integrates relevant and accurate disciplinary content with thorough explanations that demonstrate in – depth understanding. Presentation (5 points) –The students use a clear and strong voice during the presentation and explains their court case in a highly informed and effective manner.

4. For each case: Who was involved? What was the case about? When did the case occur? Where did the case originate? Why was the case brought before the Supreme Court? Outcome of the case?
