Slide 3 Set Up Steps Your first week in TeammateTime, you need to do the following set-up tasks: 1.Decide if you want to create schedules. (Most Corporate managers will not do this.) If you want to create schedules: a)Notify Mark Lachniet that you intend to use schedules. b)Enter Schedule Requirements (Fixed Shifts). 2.Get your teammates’ Clock-in PINs (needed for them to punch in and out). Also get your own Clock-in PIN (needed for Manager Override of the Web Clock).

Slide 8 Enter Fixed Shifts You can leave the Start Date as today’s date (the default) or you can set it to a future date. Click the Calendar button to change the start date.

Slide 10 Enter Fixed Shifts Enter the teammate’s schedule under Fixed Shifts. For each day, enter the start and end times in the From and To fields. Click the arrow button in the Job field and select the teammate’s job.

Slide 11 Enter Fixed Shifts Click the Plus button to add another week. If a teammate has a schedule rotation, you can enter fixed shifts for additional weeks. You can add as many weeks as you need. Important: Be sure that the Start Date correctly lines up with Week 1 of the rotation.

Slide 13 Enter Fixed Shifts Note about meals: The system will automatically schedule meals based after the 3 rd hour and no later than the 5 th hour. Meals are auto-scheduled for one hour; managers can edit the schedule to adjust the hours and breaks. The system will not require teammates to punch out at the scheduled meal time.

Slide 16 Access Clock-In PINs Check the box beside Include Badge Number. Click Run Report. Note: The Clock-in PIN is sometimes called the Badge Number in TeammateTime.

Slide 17 Access Clock-In PINs To print the list, click the Print button. Give each teammate his or her Clock-in PIN (Badge Number). Teammates must not share this information.

Slide 20 Training and Support Manager’s need to provide hourly teammates with the Quick Tips. (They are not assigned training in the Learning Center.) Manager’s need to walk teammates through using the Web Clock. Make sure they know how to use it and when they need to start using it. For support, call Voice of the Teammate (VOTT) at 877- 443-5747. They can reset passwords and help with access issues. For most other issues, they will create a ticket and route it to Store Operations Support.

Slide 21 Manager’s Next Steps 1.Receive email with login instructions. If you have access/login issues, contact Voice of the Teammate. 2.Log in to Site Manager; when prompted, change your password to match your My Time password; this password will be synched to be the same for the Core. 3.If you want the system to create weekly schedules, set up your teammates’ Fixed Shifts. 4.Get your teammates’ Clock-in PINs and get your own Clock-in PIN (used to override the clock).

Slide 22 Prepare Teammates 1.Inform teammates about TeammateTime. Give them their Clock-in PINs, Quick Tips, and login information. 2.Walk them through how to log in to the Core, how to launch the Web Clock, and how to use it. 3.Walk them through how to log in to MyTmT. Show them where to submit time off requests. Note: If teammates forget their Clock-in PINs, they can ask their manager or call Voice of the Teammate.
