Ps 23:1 1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. #Christ’s care for me is like that of a shepherd…total dependence and security in Him. #I shall not want also means I shall not abate, reduce, subside or decline. (John 10:1-14)

Ps 23:2 2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. #His provision for me is of extreme abundance with complete peace…I just lie down in His provision; no stretching! (Matt 6:25-34, Prov 10:22)

Ps 23:3 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. #He causes life to return to me through His word. # He leads me; not drives me, by His word and Spirit to His righteousness! (Prov 4:20-23, Rom 8)

Ps 23:4 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. #Even when I walk in the deepest darkness, because of the enemy or my own flesh, you never abandon me, but instead you comfort me. (John 16:7-11)

Ps 23:5 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. #Even in the midst of trouble, you throw me a bash; you treat me to a VIP banquet with endless drinks… my enemies don’t click it! (James 1:2-4)

Ps 23:6 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever. #Surely goodness and mercy will relentlessly pursue me all my days. #I will experience Him forever… I’m STRAGAWORMSHED! (Rom 5:17, John 17:3)
