Men have been found to be somewhat more self-assertive, aggressive, and coarse in their manner and language than women. Females, in contrast, have been found to be more expressive of emotion and compassion (although also quite capable of behaving aggressively; (Chesler & Simmons) (2001)

Suggestions for further study based on the research outcome 1.Asking cooperation to those respondent that are seriously want to help 2.Focus more on time management 3.Ensure the financial is enough 4.Use more way to find the primary sources 5.Attend the meeting or discussion

Concluding Remarks As a conclusion, our survey has achieved the goal of the objectives. Both of the gender giving their best in doing a job.

∙Both gender have difference evaluation and effectiveness in leadership. ∙Definitely, leadership among men and women brings a lot of different in every perspective way.
