Recommendation I would definitely recommend this book to you. Out of My Mind is a realistic fiction novel that has MANY deep thoughts that will really get you thinking about how people who are disabled feel. I really started to realize how lucky all of us are, and that we should be thankful for simple things, like our eye sight, working arms and legs, and our voice. My last book group and I realized that this book is GREAT to discuss. We had lots and lots of deep(and long) book talks.
