4. The social learning theory The social learning theory is the theory that children learn by everything that is in the environment around them. The theory says that the influences in the theory are split up in different parts: Learning by a person behavior, qualities, and the environment around them all influence social learning in people, especially children. 5. Theory continued The theory was tested using an inflatable clown known as a Bobo doll. The children used in the experiment were divided up into three groups. One group was introduced to an aggressive adult model, another to a passive adult, and one group to no adult at all. The children in the aggressive group followed the actions that the adults used, using aggressive verbal and physical activities against the Bobo doll. Boys were more likely to use physical aggression, while the levels of verbal aggression were the same in both groups. Drew Johnson

6. Summary Albert Bandura's Social Learning Theory influences parents to be a good role model. They need to show their kids how to share and how to be nice to others. If parents would be mean to other people their kids would most likely be mean also. Also if a child is abused they are most likely to bully or abuse their own children when they get older.
