14. A few examples A bag of marbles has 10 marbles each. If you have 10 such bags, then you have 1 Hundreds of Marbles. If each hen lays 10 eggs and you have a coop of 10 hen then you will have 1 Hundreds of eggs. 18. An Example A town has 10 schools having 100 students each.  The town has 10 Hundreds of students  A collection of 10 Hundreds is known as a Thousand.  1 Thousand is written as 1000 in digits. 21. Place values for double digit numbers… The place values in double digit numbers give the number of Tens and Ones that make the number up.
