THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION MAY 25 TH, 1787 TO SEPTEMBER 17 TH, 1787 JAMES MADISON 55 DELEGATES FROM 12/13 STATES INDEPENDENCE HALL, PHILLI, PA TO FIX ARTICLES OF THE CONFEDERATION END-42/55 REMAINING CREATED DOCUMENT CALLED THE CONSTITUTION 39/42 SIGNED IT AND BY DECEMBER, 3 STATES RATIFIED IT YEAR LATER, 9 STATES HAD RATIFIED IT ON JUNE 21 ST, 1788 -NOW OFFICIAL!!! CONSTITUTION BECAME LAW
