Inner surface of the nuclear membrane have irregular rim of chromatin granules. 5-The nucleus is spherical in shape and karyosome is Eccentric. Eccentric. B-Cyst :- 1- Spherical or oval in shape. 2-The diameter around 10-30 micrometers. 3-The mature cyst of E.Coli have 8 nuclei. Diagnosis :- 1- Symptoms. 2- Trophozoite and cyst form in fecal material.
