GRS REGISTRATION OR MAPPING WITH OTHER PANCHAYAT

1.Once user login from GP, system will automatically check where this panchayat has registered GRS or mapped GRS with any other panchayat. 2.If any of the condition is true, then user will able to do data entry. Otherwise system will display one screen for user to either register GRS or map GRS with any other GP. 3.Through SKIP option user can skip this screen and do the data entry. But this skip link is functional till 9 th May. From 10 th May,2015 onwards user can’t skip this screen.

4. If user select Register option, then system will display staff registration Form which is already available under MIS System.

5. User register GRS with Aadhaar No or Without Aadhaar No. If User register GRS without Aadhaar No and it is mandatory to verify GRS by State DBA. 6. One user successfully register GRS at this panchayat, system will automatically redirect user to data entry screen/index frame of GP.

7. If user select MAP Register option, then system will display screen to do mapping with other GP.

8. System will display all panchayat name under this block in dropdown menu. User select GRS from drop down list and then system will display name of register GRS in Dropdown menu. 9. Once user select GRS, system will display his basic details like name, email-id, mobile no and his mapping status. 10. If mapping location is available, then user can map this GRS to his panchayat. Otherwise user need to select any other GRS. 11. At present we have made provision to map one GRS maximum to 5 panchayats.

12. Here mapping availability is 0, user needs to select any other GRS from different Panchayat. 13. Once user successfully mapper GRS with any other panchayat. Then system will automatically redirect user to data entry screen/index frame of GP.
