2 Food Truck Workshop | Regulatory Panel 2 January 25, 2016 Current Regulations Direct Seller/Peddler/Solicitor License  Individual selling goods at any location other than their permanent business place.  Permanent Merchants do not require this license, but must register all mobile food units.  The license year runs from Jan 1 – Dec 31.  The $50 annual fee, which is not pro-rated, must be paid in full when the application is submitted.
