2. Dates: Wednesday 3 rd July – Thursday 4 th July Pick-up: 5am - Broadway

3. What to pack? 2 bags One bag to take into Wimbledon: Food & water bottle Warm clothes / waterproof / small umbrella? Sun cream (check list of prohibited items) One bag that will remain in the coach with overnight clothes etc

4. Day 1: Coach to London Arrive approx 11.30am Tickets issued – security & bag check Group escorted to seats Day inside Wimbledon grounds until approx 8pm

5. Inside the grounds: Court 2 ticket allows access to most lower courts where there may be demonstration matches involving past stars of tennis Access to “Murray Mound” Court 1 – with big screen footage of centre court Souvenir shops, stalls Cafes / restaurants Drinking water / bottle fill points

13. Hotel: Ibis – Wembley (approx 30 mins From Wimbledon)

14. Day 2: Continental breakfast included May be option to “upgrade” for an extra charge Central London mini-sightseeing tour on the way to Covent Garden Drop off at Covent garden

19. Day 2: Coach back to school – leaving Covent Garden approx 2pm Updates of time of arrival back at school
