Intervention Local Volunteer Leaders –identify issues early –communicate issues and concerns often IEEE staff –advise the Section, the Region Director, (when appropriate) the Society President and RAB that the units have failed to meet minimum requirements. Volunteer leaders –investigate –try to bring units into compliance with minimum requirements.
