3. Click on EDITING

4. In this link you’ll find the version revised by the Editors You may click it and open the file

5. The file will open MSWord and will be similar to this one. It contains modifications in format (mainly), comments and requests. Since this version has been prepared for modifications, this is ONLY VERSION that should be used by authors and editors for revision, modifications, inclusions. Always use the tool REVISIONS and TRACK CHANGES when making any correction or comment. This is an example of request

6. Provide modifications required or answer questions but NEVER alter the format of the manuscript. Remember: changes should be approved by the Copyeditor and may delay the process, since significant modifications will be submitted to the Section Editor. SAVE the corrected version to you hard disk! Figures and Tables are NOT included in this version. A final proof of the manuscript will be submitted to authors for approval with all components.

7. 1) Click on ARQUIVO (or FILE) 2) Choose the file you have saved in your Hard Drive 3) OPEN. 4) UPLOAD (this will send the file to the server)

9. Don’t foret to click SEND This the email sent to the editor. You may add other authors here

10. You may communicate with the Copyeditor by clicking here. Please, always use the system for communications since it registers all emails. … and so, the manuscript passes to the new step of edition and new files will appear in this area. These, however, are for your control since they will not demand action of authors.
