LEARNED LESSONS IN OUR PARTICIPATION IN FP7 & H2020 SMI2GS - H2020, BRUSSELS 26 & 27 February 2016 The proposal has to adjust to the end users interests. The difficulties to participate: Few workers implicated, it is considered for them added work. The implication level is chosen by every Police Unit. It is important to know the proposal and consortium with enough previous time. It is necessary to keep in mind the end users when the proposal is made, because this encourage their implication and it is good for the real operative needs. It is not possible to support proposals few weeks before deadline, there are no capacity to manage everything with short time. PARTICIPATON IN 2015 (H2020 SECOND CALL): 10 PROPOSALS AS PARTNER 3 IN ADVISORY BOARD
