How to Create a form using the Program Excel By Mrs Douglas 8/1/10

Open the program Excel. Type your sums in column A Save your work

Click on Sheet 2 and type your answers Now go back to sheet 1 Question 1 answers are in column A Question 2 answers are in column B Question 3 answers are in column C

Click on View, Toolbars, Forms

Click on this icon (combo box) Click here and drag the cursor to here Put this in the cell next to your questions

Right click here and select format control

Click on the red icon in the input range box When the format control box comes up click on sheet 2 and highlight the answers for that question

Highlight the answers for your question Then click on sheet 1

Click here to open up this view Click in this box Click in the cell next to your combo box 1 2 3

Put 4 here if there are 4 possible answers then click OK

Type in the two IF statements This number changes depending on whether your answer is in row 1,2,3 or 4 Remember answers are on Sheet 2
