8. Create Walk-able Neighborhoods Walk-able neighborhoods would give people a sense of safety and room. Without areas like this, people wouldn’t want to go to certain places.This is why I think walk-able areas are a must. This would also lead to more forms of transportation like walking or biking. This would then lead to less pollution. This gives higher health, a great environment, and an excellent quality of life. Walk-able neighborhoods would give people a sense of safety and room. 9. Mix Land Uses Using a space only for one purpose would either lead to less time or a cramped space. Therefore, using lands for multiple purposes would help give more land and needed time. It would also allow more community clubs and areas for peaceful parks and serene scenes.

Old buildings may have been extraordinary because of what happened in them. They may become good tourist attractions, bringing more people.
