Navigating the Basic Skills Tests… CHC Steps to Success

To continue to take education courses, you must be formally accepted into the Division of Teacher Education and Leadership. This is now a law in PA (Act 168)! Why is it so important to pass your Basic Skills Tests??? To be accepted into DTEL you MUST pass all three Basic Skills Tests by 60 credits*. *CHC Transfer students entering with 60 credits have one semester to complete all Pre-Professional Benchmark Requirements.
